EarthDiverse Term 2 Language classes

EarthDiverse is pleased to announce its Term 2 language classes in Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi and Urdu, beginning the week of Monday 4 May 2020. Both ‘In-person’ and ‘on-line live-streaming’ options are available. All ‘in-personʻ classes take place in Hamilton but are live-streamed during the Covid-19 lockdown, and resume in-class once restrictions are lifted. Our ‘on-line live-streaming distance-learningʻ courses are available for those living anywhere in Aotearoa New Zealand. The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
