Can the E Scooter riders please Slow Down along the river path?
It’s awfully dangerous at some of the speed they are travelling.
It’ll be really helpful if they can please adhere to bicycle riders’ rules :-
* Slow down when you are passing
* Or get on the grass away from walkers to avoid collision or startled dogs’ instinct to chase sudden speeding objects
* Ring a bell or use hand signal to let people know your intention
* Wear reflective clothing and helmet
* It’s also frightening to see some of them travelling on the road when motorists struggled to know their direction of intention and zero visibility.
