Offers of help during Covid 19
If you have read the current notices you will see that people about the country are placing offers of help for those in a self containment situation or in a situation because of the consequences of this pandemic.
BEWARE.
Many are non vetted. Some may not be or do what they claim. This is cruel.
I suggest that the genuine ones will have good feedback from community posted here. If unsure seek more suitable connections, ask questions or phone others.
If there is anyone co-ordinating assistance in your area, review the posts or call them to discuss.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

Dog wanted small to medium.
We recently lost our wee Poppy of 12 years, who was nearly 18 years old. We would prefer a female but would consider any that dog that needs a loving home.
