I’ANSON RESERVE – OPEN DAY - SUNDAY 15 MARCH 10 AM
As a neighbour of I'Anson Reserve, we would like to invite you to an open day at the reserve at 10 am on Sunday 15 March 2020, meeting at the Loop Road carpark.
The event will be jointly hosted by QEII and the Friends of I’Anson Care Group and will highlight the work that QEII is doing with the Care Group to help I’Anson Reserve thrive.
It will be a great day to explore the reserve, connect with the Care Group, see the restorative planting and learn about the weeding initiatives and predator control happening in the reserve. A picnic lunch will be provided, please bring your own water bottle. Picnic blankets and chairs are welcomed. As space is limited, we ask that you RSVP as soon as possible and for pets to be left at home. As this event is outdoors, please remember to wear sturdy footwear and appropriate sun protection. RSVP will be on a first in basis.
Please RSVP by Thursday 5 March by sending an email to events@qeii.org.nz. Please let us know if you have dietary requirements when you RSVP.
If you are not able to attend but are interested in joining future weeding bees with the Friends of I’Anson Reserve Care Group or want to participate in Predator Free Te Puna, please feel free to send an email to let us know and we will get in touch with more information.
