Cards, Coffee and Cake (or Biscuit!)
Have you ever wanted to give Cardmaking/papercrafts a try but don't know where to start?
I cater for experienced or beginners, and we have a lot of fun along the way:-)
My classes are such that you work at your own pace and take home two projects that you will be so impressed that you made yourself!
Your first class is a gold coin donation and you don't need to bring anything but yourself, thereafter it is only $15.00 a class and you bring your own adhesives and snips.
My next class is 7pm Thursday 5th March (a great beginners class)
and
10 am Friday 6th march
in Puhoi.
If you are interested please RSVP before 02 March or even if you have any questions.
I will at that time give you the address etc
My website is www.stampingbess.co.nz......
Looking forward to meeting you.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
-
50% Yes, supporting people is important!
-
30% No, individuals should take responsibility
-
20% ... It is complicated
Poll: As a customer, what do you think about automation?
The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.
Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.
We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
-
9.6% For. Self-service is less frustrating and convenient.
-
43.4% I want to be able to choose.
-
47% Against. I want to deal with people.
