To Haitaitai Metlink Customers...
As the Transport Committee Chair for Greater Wellington Regional Council I want to acknowledge your frustrations in Hataitai.
The current level of service is not where we want it to be for you and our growing number of passengers.
Metlink is introducing a number of measures to help reduce morning peak pressure in Hataitai and get you on your way:
They have added 15 more Route 2 services on the road now – these services are called ‘2A’ but will not show on the RTI or on Metlink timetables until 8 March 2020. For more information - www.neighbourly.co.nz...
Where possible Metlink is using bigger buses to help
It has introduced a new early bird fare giving you 25% off if you can travel before 7am and use Snapper
These are just some of the early steps Metlink and its operators are taking and I will ensure that they continue to do everything they can to strengthen Hataitai services.

We want to know: As the world evolves, what skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?
