FREE DANCE LESSONS for 4 weeks on Tuesdays at 7.30 pm at St Peter’s Church Hall 229 Ruahine St. Starting on February 4. We have a friendly social group of dancers who do a variety of dancing to different music. Good exercise for the body and brain. No partner needed. All welcome.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
