07/01/20: Prince of Wales water reservoir (Update # 4) pipework - road detours for Wallace and Wright Street (s)
Happy 2020. The schedules road closure/diversions due to the ongoing water pipe replacement and upgrade, due to the initial stage of construction of the new water reservoir within the Prince of Wales park, has now started on Wallace Street. This road closure of Wallace Street and diversion through Wright Street started on January 5 and is likely to go on for 4-6 months. Please be aware of delays and likely (some - hopefully not too much) funneling of further traffic through greater Brooklyn and the southern suburbs such as Owhiro Road...www.wellingtonwater.co.nz...
