Town Hall survey. Pretty important decision coming up for Masterton and the council needs your feedback

Piers Fuller Reporter from News of Wairarapa

The Masterton District Council is currently considering whether to invest in a shared space for community activities, such as a civic centre or Town Hall. It is one of the biggest decisions this Council will make and it wants your opinion.
The Council wants to understand what you think are the ‘must-haves’ for a shared community facility and whether you would be willing to pay for such a facility. It also needs to gain a proper understanding of what the façade of the building means to the Masterton community, and how important people think it is to retain.
