Looking to rent a nice home
I am a young professional and currently running two businesses (travel agency, and garden+home maintenance and renovations) with a third in the pipelines.
I'm tired of renting places which are simply not worth my effort to restore to a decent level, and especially with flatmates that usually have very little care for the house and the mess they leave around.
I'm hoping to be able to find a nice property in which i can call home. I would like head tenancy so i have the ability to replace a flatmate that turns out to be unsuitable.
I have two parrots (An African Grey and a Rainbow Lorikeet) and would like to get another pet or two at some stage. I have a plethora of references that can confirm i leave places in better condition than when i arrive, even with various pets.
I'm posting on here with the hope that there will be someone that wants to rent their property out, but is worried about the hassle that can often come about from troublesome or careless renters.

Off the Beaten Track takes you off the main road to explore some of the lesser known parts of the cemetery with stories of interesting characters along the way.
