Have been in touch with spark regarding this. An overseas call will ring between one and three times, and if you phone back to a missed call , it hooks up to an 0900 number , and charges your account. Have received 14 different number calls in the past 36 hours. At the beginning of the number - there is a plus . Dont answer or ring back. My latest call was from Sudan . Please report unusual or suspect calls to your phone provider. Funny how it started over Labour weekend when not many staff on duty.
