Are you enthusiastic, committed and keen be part of Marlborough’s history? If so, the Tuia 250 team wants to hear from you!
They need friendly volunteers to help with the Tuia 250 commemorations in Picton during the visit of the Dual Heritage Tuia 250 Flotilla, from 22 to 25 November.
Tasks include helping the team manage visitors aboard the Endeavour replica and being an ‘Ask Me Ambassador’.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
