Hanmer Springs mansion for sale dropping in price $15k a week

A mansion for sale in Canterbury is being reduced in price by $15,000 every week it doesn't sell.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom Georgian villa in Hanmer Springs was listed at $1,695,000 two weeks ago and is down to $1,665,000.

Harcourts real estate agent Harley Manion said it was an unusual method, but he wanted to try something different
