A 6 week Taoist Tai Chi Introductory Course begins in Putaruru on Tuesday, 1 October.
Where: Putaruru Primary School Hall, Kennedy Drive, Putaruru
When: Tuesdays from 6 to 7.30pm
Cost: $30
Tai Chi is a form of gentle exercise that promotes and restores good health. You can do Tai Chi whether young or old, whatever your level of fitness. Tai Chi is also a community dedicated to the health and wellness of both its members and community. We hope you will join us.
