Rooms for short terms rent available

Susanne from Rothesay Bay

Furnished or unfurnished rooms is available from 6 Sept. Get a feel that you are in a mini-resort with a tropical garden, swimming pool and BBQ. Kitchen and 3 other living spaces to share.
We can discuss if longer then 1 December.

There are at this stage 3 rooms available. 2 rooms sharing a lounge, bathroom and toilet with another mature guy living in the house as well.
A smaller room is $290 per week and the bigger room is $350 a week. This including power, water and internet for one person. If two people its another $100 a week.

The upstairs en-suite is furnished and have two private balconies. One turning out to sea view over Rangitoto and the other balcony in to the pool and tropical landscape garden. It got a queen bed and single bed, mini lounge, private separate toilet and bathroom. You also have your own Fridge/freezer/coffee maker and Netflix/light-box and free internet.

Per week $450 for one person. Extra person per week $100 including power, water and internet.

The house is set up as a holiday house, why I'm a bit careful with long term renting. However, we can discuss further if you have more long term in mind.

At the moment I have another nice mature guy staying in the house. House is large, so still heaps of space for privacy.

If you wish to see one of the rooms, please call or text me to organize a time for a visit.
Looking forward to hear from you :)

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
