Heavy snow warning
MetService has issued a heavy snow warning for North Otago.
Valid: 24 hours from 10:00am Saturday to 10:00am Sunday.
Forecast: Snow is forecast to lower to 300 metres Saturday morning with significant falls expected above 500 metres. Expect 30 to 40cm of snow to accumulate above 500 metres. Pleas note, heavy rain is expected below the snow level and a Heavy Rain Watch has been issued. Keep up to date here
