Three years ago the National Government passed a law change mandating that all rental properties must have underfloor and overhead insulation, unless installing it was not practical. This came into effect on July 1.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
