Poll: Should raised pedestrian crossings go in at the Alabama Rd and Weld St roundabout?
Plans for raised pedestrian crossings on each road off the Alabama Rd and Weld St roundabout are receiving an independent safety audit.
The crossings would be 100 mm high - the same height as speed bumps - and were expected to slow motorists down to 30kph.
What do you think? Are crossings the height of speed bumps needed for that intersection?
