Craft & Knitting Sale

We are having a craft and knitting sale on Tuesday 23r July at St Ninians Church Hall from 9.30 am through to 12 noon. Quality Knitted & Crochet Garments for all the family members. Priced so all can afford. Knitted Baby Blankets , Booties Hug Boots , Bonnets, Beanies, Matinee Sets. Cardigans and much more . Also knitted items for the rest of the family.
All Welcome we would love to see you there. While you are there talk to the Seniors members and see just ho much they enjoy their weekly meetings and outings. New members will be made most welcome.
Doors Open 9'30 am .
St Ninians Church is Opposite the Hollywood Cinema in ST Georges Road Avondale.
It is a wonderful Historic Church built in 1860. It has the most wonderful atmosphere for all to enjoy.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
