Jan from Pukekohe

SEASONS FOR GROWTH ADULT PROGRAMME

If you or someone you know is dealing with a situation involving significant change such as separation, death, moving to a new community or any number of causes this programme may help.

The Seasons for Growth programme relates to the Seasons of the year.

The programme runs for a period of 6 weeks (sessions) each being one and a half hours.

The Seasons for Growth

is learning by participating, talking and doing

and is inclusive of all.

It has been found to be a powerful tool to

promote self-confidence, self respect

and a sense of control over one's own life.
