Miniature horse haven offers fairytale ending for rescued horses
From when their alarm rings at 5am for the first feed until hours after serving dinner, the "parents" at a Canterbury equine haven are exhausting themselves to give neglected miniature horses a fairytale ending.
Jenny and Lindsay Heperi, from North Canterbury's Mini Ha Ha Horse Haven, are "mum and dad" to the hundreds of horses who have called their Swannanoa property home.
