We have some great ways of getting active here at the Hub and we are adding new ideas all the time.

DIY Dance is a terrific way to get moving and grooving in the daytime - fun people, judgement free. Tuesdays at 1pm, Room 8. diydancenz.wixsite.com... for more info!

Fitclub at the Hub provides kid-friendly group fitness for mums and everyone who wants to get fit in a friendly, social environment. Supported and supervised by a qualified Personal Trainer. Boxfit, Zumba and more five days per week. Just $2. Also in Room 8!

Youth Olympic Wrestling under the guidance of a skilled coach - safe and lots of fun! Wednesdays and Fridays 4:30-5:30 in Room 4. Contact Tristan 021 661 040.

Sit & Be Fit is gentle safe exercise for older adults, promoting heart health, balance and flexibility. Room 1 every Thursday 10-11:30 with Janet.
