Looking for Victorian artifacts
Im currently working on a heritage project that is about interpreting the life in Mitchells cottage in the middle of Central Otago . Im needing any artifacts that people may have lying around that they may wish to contribute to helping tell the history of New Zealand. Items like old wooden washboards, butter churns, lace placemats, coat stands, brass hooks, wooden chair, rug basher etc. We would credit the items to the donor in thanks for your generosity as well as attribute you to a donor's plaque at the site.
We are looking for Victorian items only please. The cottage was home to a large scottish farming family at the end of the nineteenth century.
