Reminder, on tomorrow evening....

Paula from Snells Beach & Mahurangi East

Harmony Circle – Guest Presenter Sunday 5th May
Jefferson Chapple of Flagship Life Skills presents Conscious Connected Breathing.
Venue; Community Hall, 2 Alnwick St (next door to Town Hall), Warkworth.
Open at 6.45pm for a 7pm start. $5 contribution at the door – Harmony Circle is non-profit.

Since 1982 I have been training people in six distinct self-management skills.
I will introduce you to, arguably, the most important skill of all, proper natural BREATHING, known as Conscious Connected Breathing.
Most people have unconscious modifications in their breathing patterns, which means that one of their most basic life pulses will be running at less than optimal.
The effects on their health and well-being have to be significant.

You will be shown the simple characteristics of disturbed and natural breathing patterns, and we will do a little bit of practice.
My intention is you will have enough information to decide whether CCB training will be part of your remaining journey.
One-off trial breathing sessions are not a good idea, so attendees will be in a draw for a complimentary obstacle-removal session of an hour or less.
I will explain what is involved to that lucky person on the night.
To chat to Jefferson about all that he offers contact him on 027 525 0035

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?
