Missing cat
Hector has been missing for 6 months now from Flemington subdivision in Lincoln , we have hope that someone has been giving him a warm loving home for this time he has been gone . We would love our boy home where he belongs so if everyone could please keep an eye out for our boy hector please , he’s a large grey fluffy male with green eyes - also desexed , he got lost on the night of Monday the 5th of November 2018 . We were new to the area then so he won’t know his way home

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
