Upstairs in the old Rangiora Hospital where classes have been held since 2014. A scientifically designed class to prepare the body for the birth process and nourish a positive experience of pregnancy. I bring my years of Doula and Pregnancy Massage therapist knowledge to each class.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
