Great accommodation for one or two people
Would you like to live next to one of Auckland’s best beaches. Or next to a beautiful park with Tennis court and golf course in a delightful environment, double bedroom with large wardrobe, huge lounge, cosy fire place when it starts to get cold, privacy, broadband and power included. Of course you do! Well you can. The room is in another part from the main house (downstairs) which has it’s own entrance. There is another lovely young lady living in another room downstairs too, so you will need to share a separate kitchen with her but she is very accommodating, tidy and clean. Mostly spends her time in her own room. Basically the downstairs area is a separate flat. There is one catch though: the room is only available for a short period of time, maybe up to 3 months. The house is on the market but it will take about that length of time before having to move out. Maybe longer, who knows, house sales are slow. If you only want a room for a month that’s OK to. The room is also big enough for a couple and that will cost you $290 per week or for a single person $220, fully furnished. No smokers please.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?
The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
