Papanui High School Pilates classes Term 1
Start your Pilates experience by joining Papanui High School's Beginners Pilates Nightclass. You will build a strong foundation in the Pilates method through mat-based exercises. These fundamental exercises will promote excellent core strength, body awareness, flexibility and relaxation. This non-rehabilitation class is part of the Accredited Strength and Balance Programme through Sport Canterbury and is being held at Papanui High School on a Wednesday night 6.30-7.30 pm for 7 weeks at a cost of $98.
