Do you want to get fit? Learn something new for 2019? Want confidence? New friends. Self defense? Self discipline? Karate class every Monday night at the Rangiora Showgrounds Function Centre at 7pm. Beginners welcome - from age 8 and up. Maybe you have trained in another style of martial arts - come and give Kyokushin Karate a go.
