Cheap and environmental friendly straws

Sharon from Ebdentown

Hi neighbours, do you use straws? Do you think plastic straw is not good for the environment, but paper straws will quickly become soggy in the water? Now there is a new type of straw, it is good for the environment, stay firm in the water, and with very reasonable price (even cheaper than paper straws). Especially for the neighbours own a restaurant, bar or café, I think this new type straw will reduce your cost, and at the same time increase customer satisfaction. If you are interested, please reply under this post. :) Cheers Sharon

This one is a real head-scratcher!

Riddler from The Neighbourly Riddler

I am a five-letter word and people eat me.
If you remove the first letter I become an energy form.
If you remove the first two letters, I am needed to live.
Scramble the last three letters and I am a drink.
What am I?
