Flat required
Hi
I have a friend who is looking for a flat; and I am now aware there are some very “only just acceptable” flats; and some nice flats available
Does anyone know of a flat that will become available any time from now to mid-March. She and her new husband will look after the place really well; they are honest and trustworthy.
Requirements
2 bedrooms
<= $300 per week
Reasonable kitchen and bathroom
Reasonable storage space
Preferably in the Botanical Road/Tremaine Ave area of PN (eg Highbury, Awapuni, ..); or Milson
They can maintain a garden and mow lawns if required
