Dumping rubbish in a public place is an offence. There are waste management services in place to cater for residential waste so why do people treat waterways and public places like this? The photos are of an incident in Milford today. The residents at this property are repeat offenders who are creating unnecessary work for the local council and spoiling the neighbourhood for all of us.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
