Sellers market
Hi all those marketeers. The Sellers Market has be up and running for a couple of months now. It would usually be on the 1st Sunday of the month from 10.00am - 2.00pm, BUT the January market will be on the 2nd January as the usual place Foxton Beach Community Centre, 108 Seabury Avenue, Foxton Beach. As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
