Groundwater Flooding Case Studies Could Help Thames

South Dunedin and Thames have very similar threats from rising sea and groundwater levels. The Otago Regional Council has commissioned a study which considers some methods used in overseas towns and cities to tackle rising groundwater levels due to sea level rise.
