Where can I buy Fish (whole Snapper) +cleaning and cutting??

Hi Neighbours!
I am looking for a seafood shop where I can choose my snapper and have it cleaned and cut here in Palmy. I have been buying from Pak n' Save but they do not offer the other FREE services of cleaning and cutting to my desired number of pieces as they did at the Pak N' Save I used to shop at in Auckland.
