HOME WANTED TO RENT
I am still looking and have had no replies so can anyone please help spread the word to help me find a new home to rent.
I am 47 years old & working full time in Sales. I have been in my job for over 16 years & can provide wonderful references. I love to look after a house as if it was my own. I do not mind if it is a bit run down, as I like to help with DIY & have a very green thumb as love to garden, if you would like help with this?
I have been living in View Road for many years & now on the look out for a lovely new place to call home. I would like to find a nice standalone cottage or unit (up to 2 bedrooms) with some outdoor space for a small dog. My dog is very friendly, so much so that I have never had any problems renting holiday houses or permanent homes with her, due to her lovely nature, and my references will confirm this. My dog comes to work with me each day so is not left at home alone, & she does not bark or dig holes.
I thought it was best to try Neighbourly, as I am finding it very hard to find a nice home on Trademe, due to the high demand there is for rental properties. As at most open homes on trademe, I am competing with over 50 people, and I think the best option to find a new home, is via word of mouth. This way owners can be assured of a great tenant in me, and their home will be well looked after.
I need to find something preferably before the end of December, so can you please let me know if you can help in any way, or spread the word with friends and family, as hopefully someone out there may be able to help. Thank you very much and I hope to hear back from you soon.
Kindest Regards
Lisa

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
