This series is about breaking free from the destructive power of guilt, anger, greed and jealousy. As always, the coffee will be hot at 10.15am! Hope you can join us!
This past week, Eugene Peterson died at the age of 85yrs. You may know Eugene Peterson as the translator of the Message Bible. Only God knows the time a person is born & the time that a person will die, the certainty that we live with is that every day is a gift from God. I watched a fascinating interview between Bono (U2) & Eugene Peterson on the honesty of the Psalms & the challenge to live our lives in transparency before God. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
