Current flatmates: 3 existing flatmates. Current flat mate enjoys fitness, working and reading.

Ideal flatmate: Someone who is quiet, works full time and has a fairly active life.
Parking: On road.
In the area: 3 beaches a 4 square, 2 cafes, 1 takeaway and walking tracks all within walking distance.

Sunny three bedroom house with great outdoor living. Two covered decks, spa, hot outdoor shower, bbq and big vegetable garden.

New kitchen, two toilets, bath, separate shower and instant hot water.

There are two children who are here week on, week off. They are 9 and 7 and easy to live with. There is also a big cuddly dog here with a built in security alarm :)

It's a quiet house with 'nana' hours. You would be sharing with a 47 year old male who is easy to get along with, runs a music school and is into fitness and healthy living.

Pets negotiable, no smokers.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
