House sit / Rental property needed during renovation work on home
We are needing to move out of our home during renovations around mid/ late Feb 2019 for a minimum of 6 months. Happy to housesit, caring for pets, gardens etc. Minimum 2 bed property, prefer close to Island Bay but anything considered. We have an elderly cat who will hopefully still be with us!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
