Are you interested in sharing the afternoon with others who would rather think of their plants as friends than as "garden tasks"? If so, you might enjoy this beginner's workshop on herb garden design.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
