Does this cat belong to you?
Black and white un-neutered Tom cat with white chest and paws and black chin and nose has been coming to us for food and shelter. Is he your pet? He is very affectionate and vocal. His fur is thin on his back legs, perhaps from a skin condition. He may have been wearing a collar we found on our property after a fight with a neighbours cat.
