Maintenance of the Kopupaka Reserve
Does anyone know who is responsible for the maintenance of this reserve and the surrounding areas? These beautiful public spaces are developed for all to use, but there seems to be no maintenance being done, the weeds are huge and taking over all the lovely plants, parts of the rock and wood edgings have been vandalised …….. its a crying pity that all that money is spent then no-one bothers to maintain it!
