The BIG MODEL TRAIN SHOW.
The NORTH CANTERBURY MODEL RAILWAY CLUB will have THOMAS AND FRIENDS at the model train show for young children to operate. We will also have KIWI, the N.Z. friend of Thomas there for children to sit in and have their photos taken for a small donation. Our junior section will also have their layout on display. We will also be hosting the DIORAMA display and competition table as well as selling diorama kits for children to make up.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
