No wear noted, but big renovations done and the carpet has to go.
Will be removed (with underlay) on Monday 24th (half house) and Tuesday 25th.

Sorry had to alter this to divide it up properly as too many enquiries and folk needing to know meterage etc. Now it is listed on Trademe at $1 for each individual room.
