Fires can be fatal
Follow these three key rules:
1. In case of fire - Get Out, Stay Out. Smoke can kill.
2. Have working smoke alarms. This is a legal requirement for all rented properties. Maximum $10,000 fine for failing to install.
3. Never leave candles unattended.
