Tawa Lions Saturday Market

Bryan Souster from Tawa Lions Club

The weather forecast for tomorrow is looking good so shopping at Tawa Lions Saturday Market at Outlet City will be a great place to spend time stocking up your fresh veges, eggs, honey and various produce and products from local community stalls on the day.

Councillor Malcolm Sparrow has promised to be there from 11 am for an hour or so to promote and sell 200 litre water tanks as a household disaster emergency water supply. Profits go to charity.

This week our Honey Stall will have Creamed Meadow, in addition to Liquid and Creamed Bush. We also have our usual range of eggs, along with some supplies of jam from Suzette at Idle Kitchen, all while stocks last so come early to avoid disappointment.

Profits from this market go to the Tawa Lions Charitable Trust, supporting worthy local causes.

If you have any questions about our market feel free to ask the folks under the white canopy beside the Tawa Lions van on the day, or email tawamarket@lionsclubs.org.nz.

Tawa Lions gratefully acknowledges the support of Outlet City over the past 11+ years of operation.
