This is for a family member and his own young family, who are finding it almost impossible to purchase a first home in Whangarei. They have $300K approved, but real estate fees are making a reasonable quality doer upper out of their reach. Just putting it out there, Is there anyone in Whangarei wanting to sell up for a cash buyer and just go through a lawyer to save $?
