Relax and surrender your body in slow, stretchy gentle yoga poses. Our bodies love kindness, and they blossom and respond in restorative yoga as you learn to yield to gravity in each pose, explore ancient yogic breathing techniques, and contact the inner stillness that is behind and beyond everything but is too often suffocated with layers of doing and busyness in our everyday lives.

The class is all floor based and suitable for beginners or those with limited mobility or chronic health issues.
