Will Ngatea be the first in NZ to go plastic free?

Did you know Ngatea on the Hauraki Plains could become New Zealand's first plastic bag-free town? Ngatea Boomerang Bags founding member Judy Jamieson would like to see the town plastic bag-free before Christmas. Are you still using plastic bags? What's your community's stance on them?
