This three bedroom home with lots of extras offers magnificent views out over Arkles Bay and Arkles Strand from it's very large covered barbecue deck.
It has a beach walkway through to the reserve down to Arkles and offers a clifftop view with no cliff-edge danger. The landscaping is mature and the rear garden is fenced. This really is beach style living at it's best at what is a very affordable price. There is plenty of level parking in the front to accommodate cars boats and caravans.
The master bedroom has ensuite and you can enjoy the beach view and the sound of the sea from the comfort of your bed. Ranch sliders opening out from the dining area directly onto the deck make for great entertainment and family gatherings.
This can be a fantastic family home with all facilities close by including schools and colleges, medical, public transport, shopping and cafes. Investors may want to look at redeveloping.
Sure there is work to be done but remember LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
